15x CPD for participation in the SERVIEW Summit25

PeopleCert's training program - the Continuing Professional Development Programme - aims to strengthen your competitiveness in the job market.

Necessity of recertification every three years:

To ensure that your expertise remains current, you must renew your Global Best Practices certifications within three years of their initial issue.

Options for recertification:

1. Repeat your original test before the expiration date.
2. Take part in an advanced course within the same product suite and pass the corresponding exam.
3. Collect and document CPD points through advanced certifications that also extend your existing certificates.

You will find your specific options in your personal PeopleCert^®-account.

Consequences of lack of recertification:

Without a current certification, you will remain on the Successful Candidate Register (SCR) and the Candidate Verification Service, but with a notice that renewal is required to meet current standards.

Recertification with the help of CPD points:

Recertification can be achieved by collecting CPD points, which are documented in your MyPeopleCert account. This requires a PeopleCert Plus membership.

Three ways to collect CPD points:

1. Professional Experience:
   • Practical application of proven methods in the workplace.
   • Coaching and supporting colleagues in the implementation of these methods.
   • Mentoring of individuals or groups to promote their expertise.
   • At least 5 points from this area are required.
2. Professional education:
   • Acquisition of certifications from PeopleCert or other recognized certification bodies.
   • Participation in in-house training courses, e-learning sessions, webinars.
   • Reading specialist books, articles or white papers and listening to relevant podcasts.
3. Contribution to the community (Community Contribution):
   • Organization of specialist events or best practice workshops.
   • Active participation in online forums.
   • Writing articles or contributions to promote thought leadership.
   • Participation in industry conferences and events.
   • Voluntary activities to pass on knowledge in the community.

Points awarded:
One CPD point is awarded for each hour of commitment. Your participation in the SERVIEW Summit25 will earn you the maximum 15 CPD points.

Requirements for the extension:

• Collect at least 20 CPD points from different categories each year for three consecutive years.
• After successful submission, your certification will be extended for a further three years.

Your participation in SERVIEW Summit25 (Summit-Jeton 1 & 2) allows you to receive the full 15 CPD points. You can submit these directly via your PeopleCert account.
