Hi FIVE! will kick off SERVIEW26 as a warm-up event from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No pre-day. No preliminary discussions. Instead, it is a clearly defined day with substance, attitude, and direction. Participants can choose from three parallel training formats. All training courses, including exams, will be conducted entirely in German. The exam fee (Learner Package) must be selected during the booking process.

  • ITIL Version 5 Foundation Express Training

    9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | Includes German or English online exam
    This training course is aimed at anyone who is new to ITIL and wants to gain a solid understanding of ITIL Version 5 in a short period of time. You will learn the key concepts, principles, and terms and conclude the day by taking the German Foundation exam. The exam fee (Learner Package) must be selected during the booking process.

  • ITIL Version 5 Foundation Bridge Training

    9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | Includes German or English exam on site
    The Bridge training course is ideal for participants with prior ITIL knowledge who want to update their knowledge specifically to ITIL Version 5. It focuses on new features, further developments, and the transition to the current version—including a German exam at the end of the day. The exam price (Learner Package) must be selected during the booking process.

  • ITIL Version 5 Management Essentials Workshop

    Two sessions: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
    This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to understand and apply ITIL Version 5 specifically from a management perspective. The focus is on strategic control, modern management principles, and the question of how ITIL Version 5 can effectively contribute to the alignment of organization, value creation, and collaboration.
