When does the Expo (trade fair) take place?
The trade fair/expo runs from May 21, 2025 from 09:00 to May 23, 2025 at 14:30.
When is the trade fair open to the public?
The opening hours of the trade fair are as follows:
- Wednesday, May 21: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, May 22: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, May 23: 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
When is it possible to set up the trade fair?
Set-up is generally possible all day on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. There are isolated exceptions, which will be communicated by your contact person (if applicable).
The stand itself can be set up between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Lufthansa Seeheim's building services department will then carry out the final inspection.
Is there a contact person on site?
A contact person will be available to you on site during the congress. The quickest way to reach them is via the SERVIEW Summit Service Desk directly at the entrance.
Is the delivery on the same floor as the trade fair?
The trade fair area is one floor below, so this must be taken into account when making deliveries.
Is the freight elevator freely accessible and what are its dimensions?
A key is required to use the freight elevator. You can obtain this at the SERVIEW Service Desk in the Conference Center. Please note that there may be waiting times on set-up and dismantling days as a large number of suppliers access the elevator.
The dimensions are as follows:
Elevator door width 1.99m
Elevator door height 2.10m
Elevator depth 2.40m
Payload weight 3.5t
Cabin depth 2.36m
Cabin width 2.95m
Cabin height 2.10m
When is dismantling possible?
Dismantling is possible from 15:00 on May 23, 2025. Please adhere to this time limit. Earlier dismantling will disrupt the closing event and leave a bad impression on our guests.
Is there a way to temporarily store material (before and after the SERVIEW Summit)?
Unfortunately, this is not possible due to the lack of storage space.
Are parking facilities available for trucks and vans for loading and unloading?
You can park directly at the freight elevator for the loading and unloading process. After completion, we would ask you to park your vehicle in the public parking areas around the event location so that other suppliers have direct access to the elevator.
Parking directly in front of the entrance is reserved exclusively for the shuttle bus and, in the event of a fire, for the fire department. Parking is therefore strictly prohibited here.
Is there catering for the set-up team?
No, you must provide your own catering for your team on the set-up day.
Meal tickets are available for a fee at the hotel reception.
Is there any important information that is necessary for planning the exhibition stand?
- Fire protection: Please note that you must provide B1 certificates for the materials, exhibition walls and/or roll-ups installed on the exhibition stand. These certify that they are flame-retardant. The certificates can be sent in advance to lea.federlein@dlh.de. Or you can have them ready for the technical acceptance on Tuesday, 20.05.2025.
- Stability: Can an object fall over and injure someone? Then it must be secured against this. This also includes the possibility of a participant bumping into it (please also consider the alcohol factor).
- Risk of tripping/falling: Can you fall over or off an object? There must be effective safeguards against this (please also take alcohol into account here).
- Electric shock: Portable electrical equipment must be tested for electrical safety in accordance with DGUV V3. This applies not only to technology but also to small parts (such as a hairdryer, hot glue gun for craft activities, etc. ...)
- Floor load: If heavy objects are involved, check whether our floor can withstand them and whether a load distribution system can be used if necessary.
- False alarm/sprinkler: Can something trigger our fire alarm system by mistake? This concerns anything dusty or foggy, as well as high objects that could hit the glass tubes of the ceiling detectors.
- Risk of slipping: Anything that covers the floor could cause slipping - whether planned floor coverings (such as carpets) or unplanned (sawdust, confetti). Here we look at each individual case to see how slipping can be prevented.
Is there a power connection at my stand?
Each stand is provided with a power connection (220 volts) for free use.
Is there WLAN/LAN on site?
WLAN is available free of charge. If you would like a LAN connection at your stand, this can be booked with us in advance for an additional fee. Subject to technical feasibility.
Are there special rules and regulations for special promotions, give-aways or the serving of drinks at the stand?
In principle, you can bring any kind of give-aways. However, it should not be perishable food or open drinks, such as smoothies. The serving of drinks always requires prior consultation with us and Lufthansa Seeheim, as many aspects have to be taken into account here. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I have material and small parts delivered in advance?
Delivery is possible approx. one week before the start of the event.
Use the address of the event location for shipping, state the event number and clearly mark the sender (in particular the exhibitor name if shipping from an external location) on the package.

Basically, neighboring stands must not be disturbed by music.
Do I have to wear my badge/access card?
You will receive your badge at the SERVIEW Summit Service Desk at check-in. We ask you to wear your badge so that our congress team can recognize which exhibitor you belong to.
I would like to use a microphone at my stand. Do I have to register this in advance?
You are welcome to use microphones, but neighboring stands must not be disturbed.

When must my stand be manned?
Stands must be manned by stand personnel during opening hours on all three days of the fair.
Can I invite my customers to the SERVIEW Summit and Expo free of charge?

Can materials (e.g. flyers) be distributed outside the exhibition stand?
The distribution of materials outside the exhibition stand is generally possible, but requires the approval of the organizer. Please contact our event team for more information.
The display of flyers in the congress hall is possible for a fee as part of a booking.
