The Grand Expo will take place from 9:00 a.m. on June 8, 2027, through 4:00 p.m. on June 10, 2027.

The Grand Expo's hours of operation are as follows:

• Tuesday, June 8: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, June 9: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Thursday, June 10: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Setup is generally possible all day on Monday, June 7, 2027. There are a few exceptions, which your contact person will let you know about if they apply to you.

The booth itself can be set up between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. After that, the Lufthansa Seeheim facilities management team will conduct an inspection.

No. We do not dictate which exhibition stand builder you hire for your booth. However, upon request, we recommend the stand builder 8P, which is fully integrated into the concept and theme of SERVIEW27 and is thoroughly familiar with the event’s guidelines.

A contact person will be available to assist you on-site during the conference. The quickest way to reach them is through the SERVIEW27 Service Desk located right at the entrance.

The trade fair area is located one floor below. This should be taken into account for deliveries and logistics.

A freight elevator is available.
If you would like to make a binding reservation for its use, please contact us in advance so that we can include you in our planning accordingly.

Feedback is not mandatory—however, in this case, there may be waiting times at the freight elevator.

You will need a key to use the freight elevator. You can pick one up at the SERVIEW27 Service Desk in the Conference Center. Please note that there may be wait times on setup and teardown days, as many vendors will be using the elevator.

You may begin dismantling your booth on June 10, 2027, starting at 4:00 p.m. Please be sure to adhere to this schedule. Dismantling your booth earlier than this will disrupt the closing ceremony and leave a poor impression on the guests.

Unfortunately, this is not possible due to the lack of storage space.

You can park directly at the freight elevator for the loading and unloading process. After completion, we would like to ask you to park your vehicle in the public parking areas around the event location so that other suppliers have direct access to the elevator.

Parking directly in front of the entrance is reserved exclusively for the shuttle bus and, in the event of a fire, for the fire department. Parking is therefore strictly prohibited here.

No, you must provide your own catering for your team on the set-up day.

Meal tickets are available for a fee at the hotel reception.

• Stand height: Please note that for safety reasons, we can only allow a maximum stand height of 2.50 m. At stands numbered 14, 15, 16, and 17, a construction height of 2.85 m must be observed.
• Fire protection: Please note that you must provide B1 certificates for the materials, exhibition walls and/or roll-ups installed on your exhibition stand. These certify that they are flame-retardant. You can send the certificates in advance to lea.federlein@dlh.de in advance or have them ready for the technical acceptance on Monday, 18.05.2026.
• Stability: Can an object fall over and injure someone? Then it must be secured against this - even if a participant bumps into it (please take the alcohol factor into account).
• Risk of tripping/falling: Can you trip over an object or fall off something? Such dangers must be prevented by effective safeguards (please also take alcohol into account here).
• Electric shock: Portable electrical equipment must be tested for electrical safety in accordance with DGUV V3. This applies not only to technology, but also to small parts such as hairdryers or hot glue guns.
• Floor load: For heavy objects, you must check whether the floor can bear the load. Load distribution may be necessary.
• False alarm/sprinkler: Can something trigger the fire alarm system by mistake? This includes dusty or foggy activities as well as high objects that could hit the glass tubes of the ceiling detectors.
• Slip hazard: Anything that covers the floor could cause slipping - whether planned floor coverings such as carpets or unplanned ones such as sawdust or confetti. We check on a case-by-case basis how slip hazards can be prevented.

Each stand is provided with a power connection (220 volts) for free use.

WLAN is available free of charge. If you would like a LAN connection at your stand, this can be booked with us in advance for an additional fee. Subject to technical feasibility.

In principle, you can bring any kind of give-aways. However, it should not be perishable food or open drinks such as smoothies. The serving of drinks must always be coordinated with us and Lufthansa Seeheim in advance, as many aspects must be taken into account. Please do not hesitate to contact us!

Delivery is possible approx. one week before the start of the event.

Use the address of the event location for shipping, state the event number and clearly mark the sender (especially the exhibitor name if shipping from an external location) on the package:

Please do not send goods on pallets, as the storage space is not intended for this and is not sufficient. 

When providing feedback or coordinating, please always state the name of the exhibitor and not the name of the trade fair construction partner. This will help us avoid unnecessary queries and searches and enable us to assign your request quickly and clearly.

Please speak to the Lufthansa Seeheim meeting purser on site. They will be happy to provide you with the materials supplied.

Anyone wishing to play or perform music in public in Germany is subject to GEMA. This must be applied for by the exhibitor.

Basically, neighboring stands must not be disturbed by music.

You will receive your badge when you check in at the SERVIEW27 Service Desk. You are required to wear your badge throughout the entire event so that our conference team can identify which exhibitor you represent at all times. Badges are personal and may not be transferred to others. Additionally, all exhibitors must be registered in the SERVIEW27 app. This is the only way to ensure clear identification and the use of all organizational features.

You are welcome to use microphones, but neighboring stands must not be disturbed. 

No, unfortunately there are no tools available to borrow.

No, stand dismantling should generally be carried out quickly and must be completely finished by 10:00 p.m. at the latest.

No passes are required for the set-up and dismantling phases.

No, neither the trade exhibition nor the individual stands are monitored. Therefore, the storage of valuables on the stand is at your own risk.

Stands must be manned by stand personnel during opening hours on all three days of the fair.

As an exhibitor and sponsor, you have the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets in all categories. The discount depends on the number of tickets required. Please feel free to contact us at 06172 / 1774483.

Exhibitor insurance (liability) is mandatory if you want to present yourself as an exhibitor.

The exhibitor badge is personal and may not be transferred to another person. Misuse of the badge will result in exclusion from the event. Only registered exhibitors are entitled to wear an exhibitor badge. The exhibitor badge entitles the holder exclusively to man the stand and to participate in coffee breaks, lunches, and evening events.
