All participants check in at the SERVIEW Service Desk in the entrance area of the Lufthansa Training & Conference Center. There you will receive your name badge, any information about the training room and all other information about the SERVIEW Summit25.

Before the main congress opens its doors on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, you will have the opportunity to take part in a SERVIEW training from May 19 - 20, 2025. If you have booked the Summit-Jeton 2, you will receive all the necessary information from our training management about 14 days in advance in a separate e-mail.

You can arrive by car, train or plane with a subsequent shuttle ride. Details can be found in our Travel & Shuttle section.

There is a free shuttle service between Frankfurt Airport and the congress hotel. Details can be found in our Arrival & Shuttle section.

Parking in the adjacent parking garage is included in the congress price. There are approx. 500 parking spaces available. However, please note the maximum entry height of 2 meters.

There are also additional parking spaces outside.

There will be program items in German as well as some in English. You will find a note in the SERVIEW Summit app if the slot is in English.

Yes, the entire congress hotel is barrier-free.

Basement 3, where the training sessions and specialist lectures take place, is accessible via an elevator.

To the tickets

The Summit-Jetons are only valid for the entire congress. One Expo ticket per day can be purchased to visit the trade exhibition only.

The Expo ticket entitles the holder to visit the trade exhibition (Expo) at the SERVIEW Summit25 and is color-coded for this reason.

This means in detail:

• One day (Wed.-Thurs. 9:00 to 18:00 and Fri. 9:00 to 14:30) access to the "Expo"
• On Wednesday from 9:00 to 12:00 you will receive free access to our TOOL MEETUP
• Free parking
• Lunch in the restaurant is not included (you are welcome to purchase this at the LH Conference Center reception for a fee).
• No access to the specialist presentations in the streams and in the congress hall
• No access to the evening events on Wednesday and Thursday
• No access to the Guided Tour
• Note: If you would like to visit all the highlights, please select one of the Summit Jetons .

You will receive your badge when you check in at the SERVIEW Service Desk. We ask you to wear your badge so that our congress team can recognize which areas you have access to. The badges differ due to the different packages.

Yes, there will be free WLAN for all visitors. This is easily accessible to the public.

Your room is usually available for check-in from 15:00.

Please vacate the room by 11:00 am. Please note that the key card loses its validity after this time. A later departure is possible after consultation with the reception and depending on the availability of the room. The cost of a late check-out is € 25.00 until 16:00, after which the full room rate will be charged.

• During the congress days: No special dress code - come as you feel.
• Peter Maffay Foundation "Walk & Run": Remember to wear sturdy shoes, as it goes through the forest!
• High Roller Grillout: No special dress code - come as you feel. As the event takes place outside in the evening in good weather, please remember to dress appropriately.
• Las Vegas Night: No special dress code - come as you feel, but we are happy if you dress true to the motto "Viva Best Practices".

As the owner of a Summit-Jeton 1 and 2, you can take part in the Expo Rally. We will announce the prizes and further information as soon as possible.

The Summit Come2gether on Tuesday evening is the prelude to our congress and offers a perfect opportunity for all participants to get to know each other in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Wednesday and Thursday evenings are all about glamor and entertainment with our High Roller Grillout and the exuberant Las Vegas Night! An unforgettable show full of fun and highlights awaits all guests!

Look forward to an exciting program and take the opportunity to get to know your colleagues better and exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. Both evening events are included in Summit Jetons 1 and 2.

On May 21, 2025, the 12th Peter Maffay Foundation "Walk & Run" will start as part of the SERVIEW Summit25 for the benefit of the Peter Maffay Foundation. You will receive a starting number in your congress bag when you check in at the SERVIEW Summit - regardless of whether you want to run for a good cause or not.

The warm-up starts at 17:30 in the congress hall before the starting signal is given at 18:00 on the dot. The course is approx. seven kilometers for runners and approx. three kilometers for walkers. Everyone else cheers at the finish line! We will provide cool drinks at the finish line.

The "Walk & Run" is of course free of charge for all congress participants, as SERVIEW will pay the entry fee of 10 euros. All proceeds will be donated to the Peter Maffay Foundation. If you would also like to do something good for disadvantaged children, you can donate directly here!

There will of course be an award for the three fastest women and the three fastest men, which we will celebrate together in the Congress Hall on Thursday. There will be no timekeeping for all runners and walkers.

More about the "Walk & Run"

No, it is not possible to cancel your participation in the SERVIEW Summit once you have made your purchase. It is of course possible to substitute a registered participant.

The costs for canceling the booked hotel room amount to 90% of the fees from the time of booking until the day of arrival. From the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the fees are due.

Cancellation must be made in writing in both cases.

We offer overnight accommodation in the conference hotel together with the Summit Jetons as attractive packages. You can select these when you register. We recommend that you book early, as the contingents are limited.

We do not plan to distribute the presentation centrally. If you are interested, please contact the respective speaker directly.

Our aim is to make the SERVIEW Summit more sustainable step by step.

We have expanded the measures in the areas of infrastructure, waste and content and will offer a comprehensive reusable concept in cooperation with the Lufthansa Conference Center.

We are proud to have selected Lufthansa Seeheim as a partner that has been awarded the GreenSign Hotel Level 4 out of 5 certification.

Dogs are generally permitted in the Lufthansa Conference Center. However, this does not apply to hygiene areas such as the restaurant. The SERVIEW Summit (Congress+Expo) can be noisy and crowded, so we cannot allow dogs to stay for the sake of the animal.

Exceptions are assistance dogs (e.g. guide dogs for the blind).

A total of 14 modern e-charging stations are available in the parking garage on level -2.1. These charging stations are a cooperation with Vattenfall, a reliable partner that offers a sustainable charging solution for electric vehicles in the region.

The charging speed and further details on the costs and compatibility of the charging stations can be found in the Vattenfall InCharge app. The app provides you with information on the maximum charging capacity of the stations, the tariffs offered and the types of charging connection supported. This gives you a transparent overview of the charging processes and helps you to plan your electric mobility in the best possible way.
