All participants should check in at the SERVIEW Service Desk in the lobby of the Lufthansa Training & Conference Center. There, you will receive your name badge, directions to the streaming rooms (if applicable), and all other information regarding SERVIEW27.

Before the main convention opens its doors on Tuesday, June 8, 2027, you’ll have the opportunity to attend The Prelude—the pre-convention day— on June 7, 2027. If you have booked , you will receive all necessary information from our training management team about 14 days in advance in a separate email.

You can arrive by car, train or plane with a subsequent shuttle ride. Details can be found in our Travel & Shuttle section.

There is a free shuttle service between Frankfurt Airport and the conference hotel. You can find more details in our Travel & Shuttle section.

Parking in the adjacent parking garage is included in the congress price. There are approx. 500 parking spaces available. However, please note the maximum entry height of 2 meters.

There are also additional parking spaces outside.

Some sessions will be in German, while others will be in English. The SERVIEW27 app will notify you if a session is in English.

About the app

To the tickets

SERVIEW27 tickets are valid only for the entire duration of the event. An Expo ticket can be purchased for those wishing to visit only the trade show.

The Expo Ticket grants access to the trade show, the Grand Expo, and SERVIEW27, which is why it is color-coded.

Specifically, this means:

• Grand Expo hours: Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• On Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., you'll get free access to our SERVIEW TOOL MEETUP
• Free parking
• Lunch at the restaurant is not included. You are welcome to purchase it at the reception desk of the Lufthansa Conference Center for a fee.
• No access to the technical presentations in the streams and in the conference hall
• No admission to the evening events on Tuesday and Wednesday
• No access to the guided tour
• Note: If you'd like to experience all the highlights of SERVIEW27, please select The Grand Pass or The Empire Pass.

You will receive your badge when you check in at the SERVIEW Service Desk. Please wear your badge so that our conference team can see which areas you have access to. Badges vary depending on the package you have selected.

Yes, there will be free WLAN for all visitors. This is easily accessible to the public.

Your room is usually available for check-in from 15:00.

Please vacate the room by 11:00 am. Please note that the key card loses its validity after this time. A later departure is possible after consultation with the reception and depending on the availability of the room. The cost of a late check-out is € 25.00 until 16:00, after which the full room rate will be charged.

• During the congress days: No special dress code - come as you feel.
• Peter Maffay Foundation Walk & Run: Be sure to wear sturdy shoes, as the route goes through the woods.
• The Great Grillsby: No specific dress code— just wear whatever you feel like. Since the event takes place outdoors in the evening when the weather is nice, please dress appropriately.
• Roaring Twenties Gala: There’s no strict dress code—just come as you please. But we’d love it if you could help make the evening shine with a look inspired by the Roaring Twenties.

The The Prelude Come2gether on Monday evening is the stylish kickoff to SERVIEW27 and offers the perfect opportunity to arrive in a relaxed atmosphere before the official start of the conference, make initial contacts, and reconnect with familiar faces.

Tuesday and Wednesday evenings are all about The Great Grillsby and the glamorous Roaring Twenties Gala are all about indulgence, socializing, and a special atmosphere. Look forward to unforgettable evenings filled with conversation, music, spectacular performances, and Roaring Twenties flair.

Take this opportunity to get to know your industry colleagues better, engage in more in-depth conversations, and wrap up the conference day in a stylish setting. Both evening events are included in The Grand Pass and The Empire Pass conference tickets.

On June 8, 2027, the Peter Maffay Foundation Walk & Run will take place as part of SERVIEW27 to benefit the Peter Maffay Foundation. You’ll receive a race number in your conference bag when you check in—whether you’re running for a good cause or cheering on the participants along the route.

The warm-up begins at the course at 6:30 p.m., and the race starts promptly at 6:45 p.m. The course is approximately seven kilometers long for runners and approximately three kilometers long for walkers. Everyone else is invited to cheer on the participants at the finish line. We’ll have cold drinks available at the finish line.

The Walk & Run is, of course, free for all conference participants, as SERVIEW is covering the entry fee. All proceeds will be donated to the Peter Maffay Foundation. If you’d like to do something extra to help underprivileged children, you can donate right here.

Of course, the three fastest women and the three fastest men will receive awards, which we will celebrate together on Wednesday in the conference hall. There will be no official timing for all runners and walkers.

No, once a purchase has been made, it is no longer possible to cancel your registration for SERVIEW27. Of course, a substitute may attend in place of the registered participant.

The costs for canceling the booked hotel room amount to 90% of the fees from the time of booking until the day of arrival. From the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the fees are due.

Cancellation must be made in writing in both cases.

We offer accommodation at the conference hotel as part of an attractive package that includes conference tickets. You can select this option when you register. We recommend booking early, as the number of rooms is limited.

We do not plan to distribute the presentation centrally. If you are interested, please contact the respective speaker directly.

Our goal is to make SERVIEW27 more sustainable, one step at a time.

We have expanded the measures in the areas of infrastructure, waste and content and will offer a comprehensive reusable concept in cooperation with the Lufthansa Conference Center.

We are proud to have selected Lufthansa Seeheim as a partner that has been awarded the GreenSign Hotel Level 4 out of 5 certification.

In general, dogs are permitted at the Lufthansa Conference Center. However, this does not apply to areas where hygiene is a concern, such as the restaurant. At SERVIEW27 (Congress+Expo), it can get noisy and crowded, so for the animal’s well-being, we cannot allow dogs on the premises.

Exceptions are assistance dogs (e.g. guide dogs for the blind).

A total of 14 modern e-charging stations are available in the parking garage on level -2.1. These charging stations are a cooperation with Vattenfall, a reliable partner that offers a sustainable charging solution for electric vehicles in the region.

The charging speed and further details on the costs and compatibility of the charging stations can be found in the Vattenfall InCharge app. The app provides you with information on the maximum charging capacity of the stations, the tariffs offered and the types of charging connection supported. This gives you a transparent overview of the charging processes and helps you to plan your electric mobility in the best possible way.
