For participants:

Order:

Once we have received your booking, you will receive an order confirmation from us, confirming your participation in the congress and, if applicable, your room booking for the SERVIEW Summit. You will receive the invoice for your participation directly after the aforementioned order confirmation; the invoice amount is due for payment 14 days after invoicing.

Congress hotel:

SERVIEW offers congress participants the opportunity to reserve a room at the event location when booking a SERVIEW Summit package. The hotel room can only be booked via SERVIEW and the SERVIEW Summit website. SERVIEW offers all participants, exhibitors and sponsors the hotel room incl. breakfast in conjunction with congress participation at a discounted price.

Special feature when booking:

The organizer will check the reservations and reserves the right not to admit participants to the congress for reasons not to be specified.

Costs for hotel accommodation are excluded from the discount.

Cancellation and withdrawal:

Cancellation of participation in the SERVIEW Summit and, if applicable, of the booked room(s) is no longer possible once the purchase has been made. It is of course possible to substitute the registered participant. Cancellation must be made in writing.

This regulation also applies to bookings with team discounts.

Event documentation:

Photographs and any video recordings will be taken at the Best Management Practice and Knowledge Congress and may be reproduced, distributed and published in publications about this and future events, including the promotion of future events, in all media by SERVIEW GmbH and the sponsors of the event. No claims for remuneration can be made against SERVIEW GmbH or the sponsors for the use of the photographs or video recordings at any time.
If you do not agree, please inform us in writing.

Use of the SERVIEW Summit25 app 

Participation in the SERVIEW Summit25 requires the use of the official event app ("SERVIEW Summit25 App"). The app is used for digital admission management, enables the receipt of in-app notifications on program changes and relevant information as well as a rudimentary messenger functionality for communicating personal messages. Each participant receives a personalized QR code that is available in the app and/or on the participant badge. This QR code can be scanned by authorized exhibitors on site to capture contact details of the attendee for lead capture purposes. This data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Participants can object to their data being passed on to exhibitors at any time. 

By using the SERVIEW Summit25 app and attending the event, participants agree to the described use of their data for the purposes of admission management, event organization and lead capture.
