Get ready for a good cause: 13th Peter Maffay Foundation "Walk & Run"
Lace up your running shoes and set off on the seven-kilometre course, inspired by fresh air and enthusiastic cheers! After the head has worked all day, it's the legs' turn in the evening: on May 21, 2025, the 13th Peter Maffay Foundation "Walk & Run" will start as part of the SERVIEW Summit to benefit the Peter Maffay Foundation.
From 6:30 p.m., the runners will run through the picturesque natural landscape of the Odenwald. Each and every individual crosses the finish line as a winner, because everyone is running together for the welfare of disadvantaged and traumatized children.
Of course, the "Walk & Run" is free of charge for all congress participants, as SERVIEW will pay the entry fee. External runners are also very welcome and can take part for an entry fee of ten euros. All proceeds will be donated to the Peter Maffay Foundation. Join us - whether running or cheering - and do something good as part of the SERVIEW Summit. We are expecting around 250 motivated runners at the starting line, so you will be in good company!

The Peter Maffay Foundation has been committed to helping traumatized and disadvantaged children and young people for over 20 years by providing them with therapeutic activity vacations. With more than 40 million records sold, Peter Maffay is one of Germany's most successful musicians. Since his performance in 2012, when the stage artist rocked the 10th SERVIEW Summit and showed the participants how to stay true to themselves and always remain successful, Peter Maffay has been closely associated with SERVIEW. High Roller Grillout (May 21, 2025 from 7:30 pm)
On Wednesday evening, directly after the charity run in aid of the Peter Maffay Foundation, the first glamorous Las Vegas-style networking event begins! There will not only be a barbecue under the stars, but also stylish dining - you can expect a real Vegas atmosphere, complete with twinkling lights and elegant lounges. Whether you've actively participated in the Maffay Run as a runner or passively as a spectator, grab your glittery outfits and dance the night away with us. This event is simply part of it and provides the perfect backdrop for personal interaction between the participants - completely informal, completely authentic, completely Las Vegas.
Make a toast at the glamorous bar, try your luck at the casino games or enjoy the exciting sounds of live music. The evening promises to be an unforgettable journey back in time to the dazzling and exciting world of Las Vegas, where the spirit of community and pure fun take center stage.

The evening of May 22, 2025 is all about Las Vegas. The Summit Congress Hall will be transformed into a glamorous casino and the doors will open for the first "Las Vegas Night" at a management congress. Matching outfits are welcome - but not a must. Whether chic like James Bond, glamorous like a Vegas showgirl or casual in casino style, let yourself be inspired by the looks of the Vegas icons. You can also expect some sparkling surprises, such as blackjack tables, show acts and live music, which will make this networking party an unforgettable experience!
Vegas heroes wanted: SERVIEW BESTEXPERT Award 2025
The presentation of the SERVIEW BESTEXPERT Award is once again a shining highlight at the SERVIEW Summit! This coveted prize is awarded by the audience for the best projects or ideas for service management. An independent jury of experts has the challenging task of selecting the finalists from the numerous applications submitted by IT organizations or individuals. These top performers will then have the opportunity to present their pioneering projects to the audience in short form.
The ultimate decision on who ultimately wins the BESTEXPERT Award 2025 is entirely up to the audience. The participants of the SERVIEW Summit will decide which visionary achievements are to be honored.

You will find out before the SERVIEW Summit whether your project or idea for service management has convinced our jury by being nominated for the BESTEXPERT Award. If your submitted implementation is selected, the final awaits you live on the SERVIEW Summit stage.
- You will receive access to the SERVIEW Summit25 in pairs.
- You present your innovation project or idea on the main stage for approx. 5 minutes to convince the specialist audience present.
- The team that receives the most votes from the public will be awarded the coveted trophy and the title BESTEXPERT.

Note: The prize draws will take place every day from Wednesday to Friday at the end of each day of the fair. Valuable prizes will be raffled off among all attendees who have submitted their ticket on time. Only participants with a Summit-Jeton category 1 or 2 are eligible to win.
